These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Carheart Auto Tech & Collision website at carheart.hiraccoon.com and any orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You may submit a free estimate request through this website, including photos of the damage. A request is not a booking and not a contract for repair — it is an invitation for us to review your vehicle and respond with an estimate.

Any figure we give in response to an online request is a preliminary estimate based on the information and photos you provide. It is not a binding quote. Collision damage is frequently more extensive than it appears in photos, so the final price is set only after we inspect the vehicle in person and, where insurance is involved, after the insurer's assessment.

You confirm you have the right to share the photos you upload. We use them solely to assess the damage and prepare your estimate. Please do not include documents or images containing information you do not want us to hold.

This website does not take payment. There is no charge for an estimate. Payment for repair work is arranged directly with the shop, or through your insurance company where a claim applies.

Where we assist with an insurance claim, we act as your repairer and coordinate with your insurer. Coverage decisions, deductibles, and payouts are determined by your insurance company under your policy, not by us. Under Oregon law (ORS 746.280) an insurance company may not require that repairs be made by a particular shop — the choice of shop is yours.

You may withdraw an estimate request at any time before work begins by contacting us using the details below. Once repair work has been authorized and started, changes are handled directly with the shop.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
